A unique experience designed to aid the crafting of a conference-ready talk, a theatre-staged event ready to hear it, all recorded and edit down to a speaker reel plus social media snippets, whilst also exposing your pedigree to potential future clients / advocates.
Just focus on developing and delivering your talk with aplomb—we’ll take care of the rest!
The process.
Invite-only with 6-8 humans per cohort, delivered under Chatham House Rules, participants will:
- be offered up to 3hours 1-2-1 coaching (online or in-person if preferred and Wellington based),
- full attendance at the final event where recording will take, plus
- bring at least 5 (10 maximum) senior folks to attend final event.

The result.
Participants will craft an impressive presentation with personalised coaching support, create a powerful speaker video reel + 3x 30sec social snippets, 1x 90sec version and full length talk for their own social media.
Members will also be exposed to other leaders at the final event recording for further networking and potential future speaker opportunities.

Upcoming May / June ‘26 #1 Cohort Details
All speaker coaching will occur during May and early June 2026.
Final event will be hosted at Public Trust Building (see opposite) on June 17th 2026.
There will be a late morning / early afternoon dress / tech rehearsal then doors open mid afternoon.
Talks will be recorded across two sessions and will include multiple opportunities to network plus closing nibbles / soft drinks.
Completed video and photo assets will be sent by mid July 2026.

How much?
Standard cohort rate is $5,000.
Additional 2x 60mnins speaker coaching option $5,500.
Additional 1x 60mins professional headshots option $5,500.
Both additional options option $5,800.
What payment methods do you accept?
An invoice will be issued and payment only by online bank payment. No credit card payment services available.
What rights do I have on the video content?
Full irrevocable rights and credit is not needed. Just say nice things about us to your friends.
What format will the final videos be in?
There will be an option of .mov or .mp4 file type. Links will be emailed direct to each participant within three weeks of the final event for download of content.
Who’s Behind This?

A seasoned Speaker Coach who has worked with CEO’s, senior executives plus a random ex-All Black, Dame and Olympian thrown into the mix. DK delivers ‘purposeful storytelling’ internal masterclasses to leadership groups and is featured on ted.com with a TEDx talk that has reached over a million view plus has spoken on five continents to audiences large & small. DK is also a Creative Producer who ‘crafts delicious learning experiences’ online, in-studio or in-person. He spent a decade as the TEDxWellington / TEDxWellingtonWomen licensee plus founder of the unique video podcast Creative Welly, Collider the city-wide Wellington event programme (delivering 200 events in 14 months), and the annual Creative Leadership NZ conference (2017-19).
